Artist's Description
After Lake Louise, we headed up to Moraine Lake, having no idea where exactly I should go for a picture. But when I got there, I said outlaid,"I wanna go on that rock!" And thankfully a lady overheard me and pointed out the stairs to get up there. So without wasting any time, we rushed up the hill just in time before the sun went completely down. I couldn't have been happier with the timing too, because just like Lake Louise... if there was too much sun on the lake, it would have taken away from its true colors. And by being up at this spot, I was able to be high enough to get the reflection of the mountains on the water and get the sun hitting the mountains before it was too late. Things magically worked out for me... and I couldn't believe my eyes.
